Considering both international conventions and research practice in China, in order to ensure high quality of data collected, we has established an integrated series of operational standards and quality management system including "Project Process Guide", "Interviewer Training Handbook", "Interviewer Management Handbook", "Data Collection Handbook", "Field Sampling Guide" and "Data Management Handbook" and so on.
Information Confidentiality of Clients Served
Without clients' formal written permission, we are prohibited from revealing client information to any other company and individual who is not involved in the survey project, and from using this information to serve any other company and individual other than the client being currently served.
A certain employee of our own is only permitted to know something of his/her "must-know" about his specified work task and is not allowed to inquire any information unrelated to survey project of his own. The principle also applies to these part-time personnel such as interviewer, field QC with whom we signs an agreement ensuring confidentiality and security.
Privacy Protection of Subjects Researched
Strictly conforming to ESOMAR codes and guidelines, We are responsible for keeping respondents' identity information confidential and unavailable to the public, are forbidden from selling or using these information for direct marketing and public query, and also are not allowed to expose any other third-part company or individual to these privacy information in any manner for any purpose. |
